• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, cookies, and diagnostic logs used to secure and improve the service.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Knora platform
• Authenticate users and manage subscriptions
• Process payments and send billing-related communications
• Generate training content and deliver requested outputs

3. AI processing

When you submit prompts, briefs, or documents, we process that content to generate learning materials. Content may be sent to third-party AI infrastructure providers strictly for service delivery. We do not sell your training content or prompts to third parties for advertising purposes.

We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform, including:

• Razorpay — payment processing and fraud prevention
• Cloud hosting and storage providers
